BMW iX3: A Whole Neue Klasse
Arriving in the summer of 2026, the all-new iX3 is carving out new inspiration for the EV market. This model is already generating a ton of interest for BMW fans and EV buyers alike, thanks to its estimated 400 miles of range, 463 horsepower, and 21-minute charge time from 10 to 80% with a DC Fast Charger. Beyond impressive specs, the new iX3 is ushering in an entirely new family of BMW models, the BMW Neue Klasse. If any of them are as impressive as the iX3 sounds, 2026 might be a record year for the brand.
BMW X4: A Farewell
After 11 years, BMW is saying goodbye to the X4. This compact luxury SUV has blended performance with class, stunning style, and excellent driving dynamics. Unfortunately, 2025 will be the last year this model is available, so if you still want to claim one as your own, time is running out.
EV Improvements: i4 & i5
BMW's most popular EV sedans will get some meaningful updates in 2026. For the i4, new silicon carbide inverters translate to more efficiency and range, and the new i4 M60 will also gain more power over the outgoing M50 model. The i5 will see improvements in range as well, topping out at an estimated 310 miles (up 15 miles over last year's model). A new Harman Kardon sound system will also come standard, and the interior ambient lighting has been revised for a more luxe experience. The best part? The i5 brings more value for 2026 without an increase in price.
